Terms of Service

Welcome to MyIPTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyIPTV application and related services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MyIPTV is a media player application. The Service allows you to connect your own IPTV providers and view their content through our interface. We provide the player software only.
We do not provide, host, distribute, or control any streaming content. All content accessible through MyIPTV originates from third-party IPTV providers that you configure. We are not affiliated with those providers and are not responsible for their content.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Content Legality
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the providers you connect and the content you access through the Service comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you. We do not verify or monitor third-party content.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
2.3 Provider Credentials
When you add IPTV provider credentials to MyIPTV, you confirm that you are authorized to use those credentials and that sharing them with our Service for the purpose of connecting to your provider does not violate any agreement with that provider.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
MyIPTV offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features as described on the pricing page. Features and prices may change with reasonable notice.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Apple App Store subscriptions are renewed and billed by Apple. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
3.4 Free Plan
The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. We may modify Free plan features with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the Service source code
- redistribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Service
- use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- circumvent security measures, limits, or access controls
- use the Service in a way that damages or overloads our infrastructure
- use bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service automatically
- impersonate another person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MyIPTV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- content from your providers will be available or accurate
- stream quality, reliability, or availability will be consistent
- the Service will meet all of your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyIPTV and its officers, employees, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for issues with third-party IPTV providers, such as outages, unavailable content, poor stream quality, or provider-side data breaches.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your behavior is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that should survive by their nature, including ownership, disclaimer, and liability provisions, remain in effect.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyIPTV and its officers, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
